What this covers

Voxly Vision evaluates creative assets against brand and compliance frameworks. This policy covers the web application at this domain, the public API, the Voxly Vision Chrome extension, and the connectors that let an AI assistant act in a Voxly Vision workspace on your behalf.

What we collect

  • Account details. Your name, email address and an optional profile photo, so you can sign in and colleagues can tell who ran what.
  • Creative you submit. The images, video and text you upload for evaluation, together with the frameworks you choose and the verdicts produced. These belong to the workspace they were submitted to.
  • Session and security records. The device and network address a session was created from, so you can review and end sessions you do not recognise.
  • Product analytics. Which pages and features are used, to decide what to build. Not sold, and not used for advertising.

The Chrome extension

The extension is a client for the same account and workspace as the website, and it is worth being precise about what it does and does not do.

  • It never sees your password. Signing in opens a Voxly Vision window; the extension receives only a revocable access token, which it stores in the browser’s extension storage on your own device.
  • It does not read the pages you browse. It has no access to page content, and requests permission for a site only if you ask it to pull an image from that page — at which point you are shown the request and may decline.
  • Files you choose in the panel are uploaded to the same storage as the website, into the workspace shown in the panel header, and are handled exactly as creative submitted through the website.
  • You can disconnect it at any time, from the panel or from Connected applications on your account security page. Doing so ends its access immediately.

Connected applications

When you connect the Chrome extension or an AI assistant, it acts as you in a single workspace that you choose at the time. It cannot reach your other workspaces. Every connection is listed on your account security page, along with when it was created and last used, and can be disconnected there.

How long we keep things

Creative and evaluations are kept while the workspace exists, so results stay auditable, and are deleted on request or when the workspace is closed. Sessions and connections expire on their own and can be ended sooner by you.

Who else sees it

Creative you submit is processed by the AI models Voxly Vision uses to produce an evaluation, and is stored with our cloud infrastructure provider. It is not sold, and it is not used to train models for anyone else.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw a connection at any time. To make a request, or to ask anything about this policy, contact your workspace administrator or write to us at privacy@voxlyvision.com.
