Voxly Vision
Pre-flight compliance

Every ad, checkedbefore it goes live

Voxly Vision checks every ad against two rulebooks: the regulator's and your own brand guidelines. Then it shows your team exactly what to fix. Humans still sign off. They just stop waiting.

Benefits

How brand teams benefit from Voxly Vision

Voxly Vision compliance report for a Casamigos summer campaign ad, showing the overall result, key findings by ASA CAP Code section and a recommended action

One report, every rule

Voxly Vision describes the asset, checks it against every framework you've switched on, and marks each rule pass or flag with the clause behind it. Your review starts with the report, not the creative.

Protects your reputation

Catch the ad that gets you called into the boss's office before it goes anywhere near a regulator.

↻

Days become hours

Asset review drops from 15 to 30 minutes to about 60 seconds, and sign-off from days to hours.

One standard everywhere

The same rules, applied the same way, across every brand, market and agency you work with.

Case study

Creative compliance sign-off from three days to one hour

How Diageo piloted AI creative reviews across all of its brands, globally.

Johnnie Walker Blue Label bottle and two whisky glasses on a gold tray
Spirits, beer and wine brands in 150 countries

Diageo piloted Voxly Vision through an AI agent called Dominic. Before the pilot, each ad took 5 to 10 minutes to review, and escalated ads could take three days or more to sign off. As the business started to introduce AI-generated content, compliance and sign-off were in danger of becoming a bottleneck.

Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold bottle with two mixed drinks and tacos

accuracy against expert reviewers

Dominic was trained on the Diageo Marketing Code, the rulebook behind brands like Johnnie Walker, Baileys and Guinness. During the pilot it reviewed images, copy and video, flagged anything risky with the exact rule it broke, and left the final call to a human. Because it ran inside Diageo's existing systems and workflows, there were no new tools to learn and very little training needed.

FAQ

Questions, answered

✋

Does Voxly Vision approve ads automatically?

No. It produces a report that shows what passes, what doesn't and why. A person on your team always makes the final sign-off decision.

§

Which rules does it check against?

Advertising regulations such as the ASA, FTC and TTB, industry codes such as Portman, DISCUS and IARD, and your own responsible marketing code.

▣

What can it review?

Images, video and copy: social posts, display ads, packaging, video spots and the small print.

⇄

Do we need new software?

No. It works in Slack, Microsoft Teams, Bynder and Sitecore, through our API and MCP server, or in a simple web app.

◎

How accurate is it?

Over 90% against expert reviewers in our first deployment. It works best when your guidelines are clearly written down.

★

Which industries is it for?

Consumer brands, starting with alcohol. Food and drink, gambling, tobacco and vaping, and consumer finance are next.
